Dnj Senior Member Registered: 09/21/00 Posts: 43703	The Shure SM58 has been a work horse for musicians for years and will work fine with your PSR740...it's a fine Mic for sure.

DonM Senior Member Registered: 06/25/99 Posts: 16735 Loc: Benton, LA, USA	It will work as well as any mic does with the 740. The 740 mic input is not quite up to the measure of the 8000, 9000, 2000 etc, but it is quite useable. DonM _________________________ DonM
