I assume DL is short for drivers license.
To get a record of that you will need to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or as they call it aroun here (MVD) Motor vehicle Department. Most states will only go back 5 Years (for a nominal fee), The last time I got mine, the three year one was free, but for my job I need at least 5 years,,, really needed 10, but that's as far as they would go.
