I recently bought a K2000 VP. Does any one knows why the hell does it came in blue?
What append to the dull, old fashioned, black?
Sory, but I'm very frustrated.
Please, if any one knows anything about this, give me a hint.
Thanks.

K2000VP's have been shipping in BLUE for quite a while now. Check with your dealer, they may be able to exchange it for a black one.

I REALLY dont understand why the color of a synth is an issue. A K2000VP is a K2000VP.
I couldnt care less whether it came in black or blue or hot pink. It does the job I need it to do, thats whats important to me.

Maybe Im being alittle tunnelvisioned to some, so allow me to offer an idea. How about Kurzweil manufacture K2000VP's in an assortment of colors? Customers can pick and choose what color they want.

Hi,

I'd like a Tangerine K2600, myself.

Perhaps they could do like Apple and stick an "i" before the model. So, now we would have the i-K2600 or simply the i-2600 ;-)

The first time in my life I saw a kurz 2000vp
was when I popped open the box after UPS brought it in.
It was blue. I don't care if it's blue or black. Since then I've seen the black ones and personally I think it looks corny. I prefer the blue ones. Next I'm gonna get a BMW and I don't care if it's blue or black

Hi there.
It's me again. The blue Kurzweilian. In your reply I couldn't left noticing that your name is Fernando Vicente. Are you a luso-canadian? If so, reply. It's good to find portuguese roots on the otherside of the atlantic, specialy if it's a luso-canadian-kurzweilian.
By the way, I'm e-mailing from Portugal.
Mais própriamente de Azeitão no distrito de Setúbal (sory, it's no big deal).

Hi freddynl,

May the Kurz be with you!!!!!

Seriously though, I think youre going to be very happy with the instrument. It has many powerful features flexibilities and an almost endless power of programming and editing. So dont be afraid to get into the manual. Im sure for the first few days youll be wanting to learn how to program and edit sounds. That is where most people start.
