Okay... When I do work with my sequencer, the sequencer seems to be recording my notes twice on the same time line... thus doubling the amount of polyphony I'm using AND creating phase differential I don't like in my sounds. It only happens in sequencer mode. To clarify a bit more, say I have a one voice synth bass program (not set to mono though) and when I play it into the sequencer--it only uses one note of polyphony. But when I play it back, it's all doubled... 2 notes of poly on a program that's one voice (with only 1 key hit per note.) I've set quantize to zero with the same effect. I don't know what's going on... it's started happening when I d/led the version 2.99 software.

Any Ideas?

You've probably already checked it but: Is your control set to "Both"?

In the sequencer program, (I don't know which sequencer you're using) turn off "MIDI echo" or "MIDI thru" or whatever your program calls the process of sending incoming MIDI note data back out to the synth when recording. What's happening, I think, is the notes you are recording are getting sent back out to your keyboard where they are causing the keyboard to generate another set of note-on messages which are being recorded by the sequencer. If you turn off this function, the doubling will stop.
