Hello Arrangereers,

Its been a while since I check in to see how everyone is doing. There are some new names that I don't know but a lot of my old friends are still keyboardin' their heats out.

Our business has had us so busy that I rarely have time to get online at all. Its been months since I did any time on the computer.

I'm usually installing home theater projection systems on the weekends and during the week-days. In the evenings, we have sales call & in-home demonstrations. Frankly, I'm beginning to feel a bit worn-out. If you're curious about our company, take a look at our website, http://www.extreme-theater.com
We're adding new products nearly every day on our online store and it requires time to get it all done (again, I'm getting too old for this).

My son is the technical guru when it comes to this stuff. He REALLY knows it inside & out. In fact, our competitors call him for advice on problems they're having.

Well, I've got to run . . . just wanted to say "Hi" and that I'm glad to everyone is still enthusiastic about their gear.

Best regards to all,
Steve

Hi Steve,

I see your business is based in Indianapolis. I'm from Evansville originally, but moved to the UK four years ago. Never thought I'd say this, but I really miss Indiana! Been to Indy many, many times....even flew there myself whilst taking flying lessons!

Carrie-UK,

The Indianapolis area (Indy, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, etc.) are all growing. New homes are springing up everywhere and shopping plazas and malls are booming.

Carmel is the fastest growing area at present, and there have been huge changes in the past four years. Of course, that means more traffic, too.

We're installing 1 or 2 home theater projection systems and surround sound audio systems every week. Occassionally, we do 3 or 4 in one week. It really keeps us hopping but the work is interesting & fun, and the end results are amazing.

I get phone calls and letters from our customers thanking us for introducing them to BIG SCREEN Home Theater (our screen sizes are typically 100-inch to 150-inch diagonal). They absolutely love what we do, and that makes our business very pleasant. Nearly all of our customers become our friends, so we get a lot of referral business. I should have started doing this years ago but my son is young (24) and is a "natural" for this business.

The weather in Indy is finally starting to warm up a little (its always a little windy as you know). We hit 65 on Sunday, and today is supposed to hit 70. I'm hoping to see the 70's all week.

Hope you like the UK. I've never been there but heard that an English summer means "carry a coat". Is that true?

Best of luck,
Steve

lol. Yes, a good rain coat is always handy! I've come to realise that the rain and milder summers really make for incredible flower gardens. So, when the sun does actually come out here, England is just beautiful.....especially up here in the Yorkshire dales!
