I'm having some problems with my K2000VP. I donīt know if it's a software or a hardware problem. Ocasionaly when I play the E4 key the sound is very loud, even if I play it softly. Its the "velocity sensor" damaged or its this a software problem that only occours with some programs (maybe K2500 programs)? This I donīt know. Did this apenned to any one else too? Help me out.
Thank's for your last tip Martin.

Most likely its a problem with the key contact. It could be mis-aligned or faulty. Dust can sometimes be a factor but since this is a brand new keyboard that is unlikely. Service would obviously be covered under warranty.
