Yeah, get one, they're great, absolutely nothing wrong with them. They weren't based on anything, I don't think. They had the misfortunes of associations with the Realistic name, and that they just preceded MIDI. They were $500 when they came out in 1981. Less than a year later they were on closeout for $100. Trading mine away was one of my worst moves. Think I'll try to find one. No presets but the controls are good and it's not hard to get repeatable results with practice. They keys are prone to getting dusty inside and you just vacuum them.God I miss it.mn
