Hi,
I'm thinking of buying PSR 3000, is it bether solution than PA1X,Tyros & SD1plus (in global way of looking)? Are the sd1+ sounds bether than PSR3000 (drum sounds,I think they are)? Is there sampling option or some kind of loading soundfonts on the PSR 3000? Vocal harmonizer?
I'm becaming OMB through the week, agin,so I need some not to expencive keyboard.

slower,
There is no sampling options on the PSR3000. You can edit sounds using the sound editor on board and store them in user locations.
To answer your questions about comparisons to other keyboards you mention, keep in mind that the PSR3000 is 1/2 the price or more of the models you mention. Is it a good value? Of course everyone here thinks so, but if you need sampling, you have to go with Korg or Ketron. None of the Yamaha arrangers offer this feature except for the older models such as the PSR8000 and 9000.

Thanks George,
I'm playing Kurzweil K2661 so I don't need sampling arranger keyboard...is there some Tremolo Mandolin sounds on PSR 3000? 7/8 styles?

Matt

Unfortunately the Yamaha engine does not support 7/8 at this stage
