I just spoke with Yamaha US about this product and besides the model number, you know more then we do here in the US! No info yet, but I will be told as soon as it becomes available.

this was shown to dealers at Frankfurt. It is debatable which areas it will eventually be sold into. The demo was very good indeed, with ethnic rock type styles and sounds.

However the impression was given that it was a 1000 with just the oriental tuning, samples and styles extra (that is in addition) compared to the standard 1000. Something may have got lost in the translation?

I must admit I did not pay that much attention because I was looking at the Tyros, so this list may be right...

There is a big official Yami launch in a few weeks in England. If we are to get this model here it should be represented there, I guess.
