This may sound hokey to you but, I found using you tube and pasting the link on your site like i did on my balloonanimal.com site

reason 1: they are the most popular video streaming site and the fastest streaning site.

reason 2; by doing it this way there is no bandwith usage from your hosting account.

so you get the fastest stream at no cost to you

the only downside is you will be having millions accessing your video on you tube,maybe some accidentally
