I own an Oberheim Cosmos stage piano and I'm trying to find a sustain pedal for it.
Do you have any idea what pedal would do the job?

some pedals break a contact, while other pedals make a contact when pushed. My advice would be to insert a #2 phillips screwdriver into the sustain jack. If the piano sustains, its a closed circuit. If the piano does not sustain, its a "pedal down opens circuit" type.

Of course, on the boxes, they never indicate what the pedal's function is, so buy a few that are cheap and try each one until they work.

Take the rest back for easy refund.
