Claudiu, explain why and how it is "killing you"..?

System files can only be read by the VA series[if they originated from the VA series]..

System files should not be a problem...maybe you are referring to other files...

Can you describe your problems?

Actually, any Roland GM or GS sys-ex codes can be read by the VA76...

Do you want to stop reception or transmission, claudiu?

And, what IS the problem, more exactly?

The problem is:
- When i go in Song Composer, 16 Tracks Sequencer, i record a techno beat, then a bass, then some synth, then a piano for instance. Let's say i recorded 8 measures [ doesn't matter ]. I play it back, then in measure 5 i press stop. Well after i press stop, my drums will come back to the default ones [ The Standard 1 kit ]. or the bass will be played as piano. or the strings. and so on and so forth.
That's really annoying because i can't make a song properly because if i press stop in the middle of the playback my whole thing is messed up because the tracks return to piano sounds instead of the sounds i selected.
