Can I run a RCA cable from my box mixer's rca outs to the house stereo's AUX in and have my signal come through the house speakers?

No reason why it wouldn't work.
You could also run directly from the kb outs, or even from the headphone outs.
The Tyros aux outs are a set level, so the volume knob doesn't affect them.
