I looked under functions, voice creation, etc. The salesman looked for it too (he admitted he didn't know), nope. We both took turns looking thru the manual -nah. There is one under the organ user settings.
I have this feature on the PSR550, but it has a dedicated button.
The salesman says it probably is not available. That would be hard to believe.

Donny,
I don't want to turn it on/off, I want to turn it slow/fast.
Are you saying some organ preset voices don't have a leslie sims. That might make sense for the church organs.

All in black and white from page 83 of the PSR 3000 manual:
http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/emi/english/port/PSR3000E1.pdf

DSP/DSP VARIATION
With the digital effects built into the PSR-3000/1500, you can add
ambience and depth to your music in a variety of ways—such as adding
reverb that makes you sound like you are playing in a concert hall.
• The DSP switch is used to turn the DSP (Digital Signal Processor)
effect on or off for the currently selected keyboard part.
• The DSP Variation switch is used to change between variations of the
DSP effect. You could use this while you play, for example, to change
the rotating speed (slow/fast) of the rotary speaker effect.

Personally I've delayed buying a PSR 3000 BECAUSE THE DSP VARIATION SWITCH is MISSING! Damn.

Also, if you go to the Organ Flutes and hit the button called "digital sound creator" (I think this is what it is called) you will see the draw bar page and above the draw bars you will see the rotary speaker effect fast and slow which you toggle using the function button to the left of the screen

The button's not missing .... just hidden in a sub page. I wish it wasn't, but it's not too, too bad to access.
