I orderedthe sYnerGi soundfont almost 2 days ago and I've received nothing but the Kagi notice that my card has been charged. Since I've read that many people on this forum seem to use this soundfont, perhaps somebody can share their experiences on how long time they take to process the orders.

Also, I've seen that somebody made some tunings of the sYnerGi soundfont. Provided that I supply proper proof-of-purchase documentation, would you consider it ok to share the tuned version?

I've done that twice already without response. Since other people reportedly purchased the same item in the past, I trusted the site not to be a scam. But as the days go by I'm starting to wonder...

Kagi has received my concerns about samplebanks.com, but they haven't responded yet. I'm hoping they'll act once the weekend is over.
