Hi everyone!
My Yamaha keyboard PSR6700 can read DOC and regular songs saved to its floppy drive but is unable to recognize GM files or any regular Midi files unzipped from the internet. Every time I try to load one of those disks, it will say:"Type Error or Unformat!"
I have tried to use Cubabase or other software to convert the files from format 0 or 1 (vice versa) to no avail. Is there any solution to that problem? I would greatly appreciate any good advice from anybody at the forum. Thanks.

Hi Robby:
I really appreciate your quick reply. My PSR 6700 recognizes HD or DD disks only if save my files from its sequencer, not from the computer. I will check the websites you referred me to. Thanks again.

Mike
