Nick,
I own a Motif ES6, but there are also reasons I wouldn't "give away" the midi patterns that are in it. It is intellectual property that I'm pretty certain isn't mine to give away freely, and I don't think the folks at Yamaha would approve.
A better route to follow might be to have a look at the Keyfax site at Motifator. Keyfax make add on grooves and patterns for the Motif and S series boards and their stuff appears to be reasonably priced.
There are also other outfits that make similar products. I'd suggest a web search. You may even be lucky enough to find some pretty cool patterns that are legitimately and freely available in the public domain.
When I want to add arps or patterns to my boards, I usually start by making them from scratch in FL Studio. FL is a software pattern sequencer that is in some ways similar to the arp and phrase factory ( pattern sequencer and data ) in the ES.
Regards,
AJ
