Can I burden anyone with a request for some fundemental help? I have an MC 500 and an RD 600 piano. I use the piano every week on stage which is great. My problem is that I dont know anything about MIDI. I bought the MC 500 second hand with no disks or documents but I have since managed to borrow these from a friend of a friend etc.
I have no idea how to connect and record on to the sequencer as the manual is far too advanced for me to understand. I must repeat that I know absolutly nothing about MIDI etc and any help at all would be an education for me as it is an area that I am keen to learn about. Thanks......Les Jones

Hi Les,

I have an MC500 MKII that I've been using for a couple of years. My keyboard is a Kurzweil PC88MX that I have midi'd to the MC500II.

It would probably be easier for me to explain some basic recording operations to you over the phone. We could email and agree on a time, and I'll do what I can to help you out.
