I just think to purchase this microphone and plug it direct on my korg Pa80 (with the vocal effects processor).
Is it possible or do I need to plug it on a mixer for phantom power?

You don't need a mixer. Make sure that you get the CM311A which is more current than the CM311. Both models come with a phantom power pack that is powered by a 9 volt battery.
