Once I have created a custom style, from where do I call it up. I cannot find where my newly named, created, style "lives". Furtheremore, what is the difference between a style and a pattern. The manual sucks

Thanks

to the lower left of the screen there are three buttons...PATTERN, CUSTOM, and A/B.

Your custom STYLES are when u push CUSTOM button (the middle one I think).

Difference between style, custom style and patter is:

-style is what the factory built into ur x1
-custom style is when u take one of the factory ones and modify it urself and save it as custom style
-pattern is a style you create from sctach using only the sequencer (PATTERN EDIT).

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. However, when I hit the custom button nothing happens. Only the led goes on. As soon as I hit a number the led goes off. I saved a style to a name of my choosing and cannot find it!
