The Bass and Drums board doesn't have very much latin anything on it. It is great and the drums especially are so much more realistic than anything on the keyboard, although it is limited mostly to acoustic drums. If you heard those drums, there would be no question what was better. I think it is a general good investment but sorry it doesn't include Latin.
You might want to check if Roland has an expansion board for Latin specifically. I'm not sure but if they do you'd get a lot more than drums obviously.
