I have connected an EV-5 pedal to FC1 input jack in the back of the unit.
How do I control the different 8 zones so that I can gradually bring up the volume?

How does the breath controller input jack work? Can I plug in a Yamaha BC3?

Try plugging the EV-5 into the Total Volume jack instead.
