When I switch the local control to off on the JP 8000 (as instructed in the manual for recording to a sequencer)it doesn't seem to receive any midi in. Keyboard through is switched on on the sequencer and all my other keyboards work with local off. I can actully control other modules from the JP but not itself. I can record note and controller information from the JP into my sequencer but not here what I'm playing while doing it! Does anyone have a Scooby Doo what's going on here?
