I don't think this has been discussed for a while. Anybody have a quick/easy way to do this? (i.e., "PSR2K Lyrics for Dummies")

you could use cakewalk .... find the melody track, open its lyrics window, cut and paste the lyrics, use the hyphen button and you should be pretty good. you may need to use some spaces between syllables or "-".
