What'd be a microphone to use with the PSR-3000, not to much over $100.00?

What are the specs, like high or low impedance, dynamic, condenser?

Would a Shure SM-58 or SM-57 be OK for it?

When mic be connected to PSR-3000, it should come-out from the audio-outputs OK for recording both the keyboard sounds and the voice, and also OK for vocal singing with the keyboard.

For a quality, handheld mic you can't go wrong with a Samson Q-7. The Shure SM57 and SM58 are both good mics, but for my own personal tastes, the Samson Q-7 provides much better vocals, and far less feedback problems. The last time I checked, you could pick one up for about $68 from some of the online music store sites.

You might want to try the Audix OM2. I find that they are as good as the Shure SM 57 - minus the brandname. You'll also find that wheras your local music store is unlikely to give you a discount on the 57, they might do so, on the OM 2. (In my case they threw it in with another purchase.)
