Are any of you G1000 experts out there having trouble with your keyboard crashing a lot and refusing to read the disks? What do you do. I've had mine a month and really like it but I'm going to have to send it back to the factory for work if there isn't an easy fix. It started crashing after I loaded the upgraded software - version 1.06. Help!

Sounds like a faulty or impartial upgrade. Try downloading the new O/S again on freshly formatted disks - then do a RE install. Could be static, gremlins, who knows, but the first thing to try is ALWAYS a re-do.
