I'm planning to purchase a Roland E-500 keyboard for a reduced price of 750$
Is it worth the money ? If no , could you suggest me another model and brand
which has the similar specs like the E-500 ?

I don't know which country you live in, are you talking US$ or some other currency equivalent?. 1 year ago I paid $1250 Canadian for a new E500 that's around US$800 today so if you are talking used but in good condition I would say it's maybe high.
