I’m trying to find some information about converting some of the styles from Band-in-a-Box into G-1000 styles. Do you have some experience in doing that, or can anybody tell me where to find some information about it?

Ask the R-A-G group, they are the experts. I'm a member (but, unfortunately, no expert). Maybe you can output the BIAB style as a MIDI file and use the G-1000 MIDI-to-style converter to turn it into a keyboard style. I think this would work, but you should ask the R-A-G guys - if you don't get all the info you need from your post here.
