Not having a dig, Fran, but wouldn't two minutes reading the E-60 brochure have made it apparent that the instrument did not have these features, and that it would therefore not meet your personal requirements? I wouldn't have thought that you needed to go to all the trouble of buying one for these points not to be blinding obvious. As a comparison, I cannot get on with pitch and mod wheels, much prefering a lever instead. As a result, a Tyros will never be on my shopping list as, despite its many undoubted vitues, I know I will never get on with its pitch wheel. I don't see much point in buying one just to confirm what I already know. When you start looking at a potential new instrument, don't you have a list of 'must have' features to check against? If you did, surely the E-60 would have failed to pass the check list. Regards - Mike

Sometimes I think that SZ is a covert industry advertisement site, and Donny is being paid to stir up dissatisfaction And occasionally we have many great discussions about technique, style building, How to..., different players and song playing. Donny is being paid to stir things up; didn't you know that? And if you reaqlly crave more of the above than what we have to offer, there's always roland-arranger.com, but i guess you already know that, so your presence here says what?
