Hi,
I just bought a Roland JD-800. I have scoured web looking for information on how to program this beast to know avail. I can purchase a manual for like 40 bucks. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find info on making sounds. I can figure out what each section does I will be able to take it from there. Any help would be appreciated. If anyone has like a pdf of the manual that would be awesome too.

Congrats!
I used to own 2 JD's a few years back.
They are great synths. Actually easy to program, with all the panel controls.
Send me any questions you have to

Also, check out http://groups.yahoo.com/group/JD-800_Tech

Roland have done it for you:
http://www.rolandus.com/support/product_manual.asp?Letter=J

I believe this is just a scan of the manual but it's better than nowt.
Some people have been having problems downloading the manuals from Roland, they tend to be large file downloads, and tend to 'timeout' - especially using dail-up.
If you have access to boardband use that..
