DonM or Donny or other (ex)Midjay users,
Did you use the Bose L1 (+B1) with the Midjay? If so did you find a suitable preset?
Ciao,
Jerry

Hi Jerry,

How is the Midjay working out for you? I have the Bose L1 + 1 B1, I like preset 0 the most. I normally turn down the bass eq to 5 o'clock, mid eq up to 8 and high eq to 6. For some reason, the Midjay produce a very high output.

Hi Kevin,
I've been spending a lot of time doing registrations and editing midi files. I'm going to use it on my gig tomorrow night. There are a couple of more things I need to learn e.g., you changed some of the preset voices, and I'd like to get vibes and a nice jazz organ back on the first page to make them easier to access. Another important thing to me is, I'd like to to be able to turn the lead voices off to be able to play acoustic accordion as lead, then turn the Midjay voice up/on for a chorus or two. Also, I can't seem to find a way to raise the lead voice up or down an octave - most arrangers have an octave button - most important as I have only 37 or 41 keys to work with. As for the Bose settings, I found that if the trim is set properly, there's not much EQ needed. I just thought that some of you guys may have discovered a preset that worked well.
Ciao,
Jerry

I run it real close to flat. No preset, sometimes turn the high up a little depending on the room.
