Hi Chony I see where your coming from, having to carry a separate computer and all the set up to get it as you want, (Not forgetting quick access) does take some determination, however if you can load and play them pretty much as you would load a sound in a Tyros and play it, then the problem goes away. http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum37/HTML/017078.html The question however, is there any VSTs that have a better sound then the Tyros 2, and as you said (Even though you don’t use them live) all the ones I mentioned do. Regards Bill

BillGenerally samples come with preprogrammed presets that allow you to use them live, but they still are not usable. I went through many of the samples and learned Kontakt inside out, but didn't get much better results. I've never seen a preset that has the versatility and "brains" of the T2s brass, even though the sampling engines are all capable of it. And yes, of course I agree that the sounds are better than the T2, because they are real! If anyone ever comes across something usable, I'd be glad to buy it! Chony
