I have 'located' a used Roland E86 for what seems like reasonable money, £85. Can anyone tell me if I am being ripped off or is it a fair deal, also, can I 'happily' marry my SC55 to my future E86?

If that is less than $300[don't know the conversion rate]..It is a decent price..Yes you can use your SC55 with it, although you won't have to...The E-86 was a great keyboard..I have a couple Pro friends that still use them..

Things to check...velocity on the keys[some wear be on the contact strips]..and the floppy drive...Buttons held up well on the E-86..
