Next time I will buy a Roland xp-60 and I know that is like an xp-80 in it functions, but I’m worried because even having good memory in it sequencer (60.000 events) I heard that it capacity is only one song, How can I record several songs with different events, patches, tempos, etc..., for my live performances?--- Thanks

Hi,

I don't own either the XP-60 nor the XP-80 but if your question is specifically how can I load up multiple songs to play back at a gig, I have a question for you I guess. Doesn't the sequencer read the song from disk? If it does, then you can simply have the songs you want to play back on a disk and then simply play them from the disk.

HTH.

Just for confirmation...I own an XP-80 and, yes, all (saved) sequencer data is accessed only via floppy disk. When you get your XP-60, the manual will explain to you how to set up a "chain" of songs for live performance.
