Does the midi out of this module create and send midi clock or is it strictly for data dumps?

The MIDI Out is mainly used for triggering external MIDI modules by playing the pads.

However, the module can perform data (not sample) dumps/loads, and generate midi clock. If you use a sequencer, it's probably easier to just let your sequencer handle the MIDI clock generation, and then trigger the TD-10 module's internal sounds via MIDI key assignments.
