Can someone please help me in this?

I have a RD-300sx and at home i'm using it as a master keyboard in a MIDI studio. I use it to play notes to a PC with Cubase SX3.

The problem is that when i use the sustain pedal it was suposed to record 2 events in the cubase: sustain down (127) and sustain up (0). But in this case, i'm having lots of events each time i press sustain pedal. ex: (127, 40, 65, 30, 84...).
Is this normal in the RD-300sx?
It don't hapends with JV90, Korg Trinity or other keyboard. With the RD-300sx it's hapenning with all kinds of sustain pedals. I've tryed 4 different ones.
