One person told me the two basic piano patches on the RD-100 were taken from the
RD-600. But the Roland Canada site says they are new samples that include overtones.

(Trying to find a good piano sound, still.)

Hi,
The RD-100 is quite a bit different than the RD-600 in many ways.
The XV-88 with SRX-02 is the newest piano sounds from Roland.
