OMG - evil flashbacks to years ago when I did that routine! Yikes
I never got to finish a song, had to shout all night, deal with drunks shouting even louder, and the musiciality was Zzzzzip!
Lots of banging, pounding, yelling, cursing ... whew. I'm so glad I left that job b4 it soured me to the business!
It's still bookable in some rooms around Philly, but it got old FAST.

As for the pianos - we had hollowed out grand shells with 88 key slabs laying inside. We HAD to use digital because of all the extra noise. Piano mics would be a disaster tin that kind of show where I did it.

I saw a mod of the act on the Disney cruise ship - toned down for families .... better, but still very annoying to my taste.

Most improtant is that these guys are clearly having fun maling music

Those guys are amazing - that's great performing talent, they really know how to hold a crowd!
