I notice that some of the patches already programmed in the JP-8000 are split (when you choose the split mode) lower than at C4.


How do you control this?

I mean if I want to split the board lower...?

I tried holding the key I want to divide at and then hitting the key mode button... but that didn't work... hmm..anyone?

Pietro,

Press [SHIFT] & [1/PFM COMMOM]. The display will read "Part Detune". Press [1/PFM COMMON] several times until "Split POint". Change the split using the UP/DOWN buttons, and after settings, press exit. If you want to save your patch/performance, press Write, use UP/DOWN & 1-8 to select a memory location and press Write again.
