First I must thank all of those who tried to assist me in my ignorance. You have helped to maintain my interest for longer than usual. The JV1010 is indeed a fine box, but utterly usless to me. Along with the two expansion boards, it has failed in my expectations, and I will now get rid of it, and replace it with Yamaha rubbish which at least I can use.
Actually, I believe that Yamaha look after users far better than Roland - and that ain't saying much. Manufacturers want to make profit - which is agreed - but they must begin to look after FIRST USERS, because they are their future, and ALL manufacturers fail in this area.
