having this in a box so you could hook up to a favorite 76, 88, semi-, hammer-,controller of YOUR choice...

you just take it with you as carry on (plane), take it to a friends house, a gig, fill in for your friend at a gig, use his keyboard...you get the idea...

don't understand why Roland, Korg, and Yamaha, don't make it available.

Ketron does, and i own and love my XD3.

I think its a leething to want an arranger module.... If they don't make a 76 key unit they will(which has a huge possible market) they will never make a module which only is a niche market.

Arrnger modules are generally a pain.

I had a few...mostly Rolands.. RAs...50, 90, 95 etc.

Unless you can set them conveniently on top of your controller, button access is very poor...and the buttons on the controller better be ultra programmable if the module must be placed elsewhere.

Generally more of a nuisance than a benefit, in my experience.

A rack module with just the T3 sounds would make more sense than an arranger module.

I would certainly be open to that prospect. Now we just have to convince Yamaha to make it.

I've got the perfect Controller in mind too. My Fantom G7 no less..

Well, the only GOOD thing about making a module arranger would be they would have to go back to including the codes for remote operation of ALL arranger commands, which have mostly been dropped since the nineties.

If these were back in the MIDI implementation, it would make combining two arrangers into one über-arranger a LOT easier than it currently is (basically, impossible!).

That MIDI implementation should have never been taken out. That way we can use a PRO synth to control our arranger...and have the best of both worlds.

If all that was there and you use a real PRO synth (Or MIDI controller, pedals etc)with lots of sliders and buttons...your in business with a module.
