does anyone know when the Tyros 3 will be available in Australia?

I am very keen on this one the fact that they have thrown in alot of the good Motif Trance Pads and synth Voices into the Synth section of the T3 has made it a winner for me already!

Yep, in stores now Nick..give Better Music in Canberra a call, afaik they have 2 in stock.

As far as I am aware they do, it was just the lady who works there (I just called) when the boys are away answered the phone and if the stock is not on the floor (ie on a stand) she would not know.

Rudi (the REAL person to talk to, btw just say Dennis suggested you call him) is back tomorrow, as is Nigel, his offsider, who is at a funeral today.

I KNOW they got some last Thursday because a guy who traded a T2 I am trying right now has already got his T3 and used it on the weekend.

There is none on the floor, and this woman did not know where to look to see the stock out the back, probably still in the carton.

I was told that they got a shipment of 3, and one sold to the customer I mentioned, so that left 2.

Try giving them a call tomorrow morning

T3 has been at Keyboard Corner, Boronia (Melbourne) for about a week. Had a play with it myself, but funds (lack of!)and the fact that I have the T2 stops me from being a purchaser (for the moment anyway).
