I thought it was appropriate to give Yamaha Technical Support a big thumbs up.  I emailed tech support with questions about the EQ and CMP system on the T3.  Within 24 hours I got a phone call from Steve Deming who provided more information than I really know what to do with right now. My questions were answered and my problem was resolved.  I for one appreciate the effort to provide good front line support and it makes me even more pleased about my decision to buy the T3.  
Steve was professional - never talked down to me and was a great source of information.  A big thanks to Steve and the Yamaha Tech Support team.
