That's true, Diki...the same goes for Yamaha and Korg.

The number of users on Roland Arranger does seem rather small just the same.

Korg's site seems a little more populated.

I'm glad Roland is #1 in your eyes Donny...you are on a roll till the next flavor of the week/month/year comes in...then it is rinse and repeat.

In the meantime you will go out of your way to bash anything else...but, it's your way of legitimizing your present purchase.

No problem...as long as it helps you cope.

It has already been suggested to you by many of us on SZ the you should be learning how to use one arranger fully, instead of hopping around from instrument to instrument, and from brand to brand.

Of course, when one mainly uses SMF then it becomes simpler...just have to remember where the "play" button is...

Ian

BTW...SZ is better known than you think.

One of these days you're going to start making sense to me, Donny...but actually I do prefer the norm.

Stick with it, Sunshine...you're doing great.

The number of people in MENSA is also quite small, compared to the general populace

If numbers denoted quality, those Casio's would have a better reputation, wouldn't they..? The best car is not the one that sells the most. The best chocolate isn't the highest seller. The best woman isn't necessarily the one with the most boyfriends.

I don't give a damn about numbers. It's an arranger, not an election!

Truth is, probably the vast number of people that buy arrangers (not our membership here, but just generally) can't play very well at all... It feels GOOD to be in the minority, doesn't it, Ian?

Small groups do have their advantages, Diki, I have been on the Roland arranger site many times...I joined quite sometime ago, when it was the G-70 User Club.

It's always an education....you have a good bunch on there.

Glad to see you guys are helping Donny out...he has a Roland T-shirt, you know.

You guys are a riot!!! Ian, DNJ and Diki. Here's a post about one of the top talents Yamaha has on tour and it turns into a contest about yourselves. I guess that's what keeps me coming back those colorful personalities!! The other forums everyone's polite but also very dull!! Now I know why I see people keep coming back, myself included.

EVENTUALLY it changes...

But you can only milk a cow for so long

I was hoping more would jump on the 'no SA2 on CVP at THAT price' idea, but you can lead a horse to water...

Donny and Ian love their running battle, me I just prefer to pop up and snipe, from time to time...
