Chony, I had the same transpose problem, I hope this is the answer.
You press the transpose button and you can see the results—normal.
But when I went to the mixing console and turned a few pages – on the bottom left side were three different areas dealing with transpose. Registrations can control this. Also in the function area (I don’t have the keyboard in front of me) there is an area where you can select what is being controlled. Keyboard –Song – and a third which I am not sure, (no book either). You can make a selection here.
