And yet, here you are disproving all that!

Is it too cold to go outsides up there yet?

Not at all...I always was able to find peace amid the storm.

Besides...it's all Donny's fault.

Contrary to popular belief, there are no Polar Bears in the streets...but that depends how much you've been drinking.

easy, get some more singers in your band

or get a dedicated xox like that new Harmony M, i think it's called,

i think a keyboard should be a keyboard, not a vocal effects unit,

use the "vocal" money saved from not putting it in the keyboard and put in more memory onboard for better and more sounds

I agree with that and use one. I have not found any pre amp in a keyboard I would use live never mind the Harmonizer. The Yamaha is terrible, The Korg uses old TC technology.

Perhaps people use the built in ones, because that's all they want to spend? They aren't the best, undoubtedly, but probably the keyboard sounds aren't necessarily the best either.... But they are still making music

Interesting to hear those who condemn 'studio elitism' in others be so derisive of those with lesser gear than their own.

BTW, if the preamp in your arranger's harmonizer isn't up to spec, some of them have line-ins. Use the preamp in your mixer (if better!) or an outboard pre to bring the mike cleanly up to line level, THEN input to the harmonizer... maybe use some decent outboard compression, too
