The XP30 does not come with an onboard sequencer as the XP60 does. XP60 has 4 expansion board slots, XP30 has 2 expansion board slots. But, the XP30 has more built in sounds, comes with the sounds of 3 (I think 3) of the major expansion boards pre installed. I don't remember exactly which expansion board sounds were used, I know Orchestral and Sessions but not sure of the others.
