You're right, it was uncalled for.
I apologise

I had a few drinks and watched a couple
of George Carlin movies yesterday, it has that effect..

could have been worse, no hard feelings

A few drinks and a guy is a real mess?
- Don't drink!
OK.OK. Shit happens.
Paul!
Wouldn't you be a little bored with just a VCO box?
I think an oscillator alone is a bit boring...
I mean, affordable, but not really all that useful. Unless you need one for Alarm sounds.

Appology accpeted softmachine.

Well if Moog made a VCO Moogerfooger I would hook them up with other moogerfoogers. What I want too do is too build my own experimental electronic music studio. Remanessent of those from the 1950's through the 1970's. (EX: Bell Labs, Columbia university, University of Illinois, and the Princeton electronic music center). Though not as big as those places. Also the technology those places had does not exsit anymore. And even if it does they would be either in private colletions. Or the Basements of those Universities listed above.

Mine would be much smaller, just a cuople of synths, a few moogerfooger stomp boxes or the equlivalent and a tape recorder. I have a fascination for a lot of early electronic music from the past. Especially before the advent of synthesizers.

I already own an ARP AXXE. But I would also like a minimoog(which is prorbaly impossible) and a voyager is out of the question(too expensive). Maybe I will find a cheaper moog or maybe an old Korg MS-10 or 20. I jsu like being able to twist knobs an come up with weird sounds and manipulate them and put them on tape or even onto the computer. Have not desided yet.

First I need to sell of my AX-60 and OMNI so I can have money for a smaller synth.

sorry if you live somewhere where there isn't alot, theyre a dime a dozen around here

I even saw a Prophet5 2 days ago in local ads, 2000$ though

Theres literally tons of stuff out there to be tweaked. And i know i might be out of your budget but EMS are still selling VSC3s
