I am an amateur organ player with all my keyboards set up like an organ, I mean a pedal board, a lower controller keyboard, and Korg Pa500 as the upper keyboard which controls both a Korg Tr Workstation and a Psr 1500 arranger. In my country there are not modern organs (Stagea or Atelier) in the market because of their high prices and low demand so these arrangers are the best and more affordable solution for me (anyway there is no translation for the word “arranger” in Spanish so, in my country, they are still called “organs”).
Everything works fine with midi:
1) The pedal controls the Psr’s basses.
2) The lower keyboard controls the left hand and styles of both arrangers as soon as I start any style on each one.
3) The upper Keyboard (Pa500) controls the Korg Tr and the right hand voices of the Psr through Usb using my PC.
I need a software for the computer to be able to use multiple usb drivers (input and output drivers) at the same time to control the three keyboards in many ways, back and forth, for example the Pa500 controlling the Psr’s right hand voices and the Psr playing the drums of the Pa500. At present all the midi ins are being used in my keyboards so the only way to do it is by using the usb ports. I know there are some hardware devices for the PC but the ones I found available here have midi pins and are quite expensive. Right now I am using Band in a Box (for usb in and out functionality) but it only receives one input driver and one output driver for only one midi channel. I am sure there should be out there a multiple driver manager software (I hope it is a freeware!) but I can’t find it so I’m asking you if you know about it. Thanks.
