Musico got me to thinking (in another thread). He said........""stageperformers" who perform on a synth without line outs or even a power chord being plugged in".

This got me to thinking. I have a A33 controller KB with an integrated battery pack. With a wireless midi setup and a module or laptop, I could have a completely cordless keyboard on stage. Wouldn't they still think I was "faking"?

Anyhow, has anyone used one of these systems? Are they 100% foolproof? I'd like to hear someones experience before I spring for one (they don't appear to be terribly expensive). Any idea which one is best?

Think of the advantages. No wires to trip over, appearance, setup time. I know there are some wireless KB controllers already out there but all (that I've seen) seem to be AC powered.
